The 32xx is running horribly compared to the 31xx. I have two 31xx that are running so consistently and two 32xx that are consistently annoying. I am honestly considering . I have one of the newer (1 yr old) 32xx movement Rolexes and it keeps great time. Something like +1s/week if that.
