In addition, the projection’s sphere is very tight and only really noticeable when up close. Longevity is ~4 hours and sillage is arm's length, I'd say. It ain't great, but it's good for what it is. My guess is that knowing L'Oreal they've watered it down like they did with LNDH, so my guess is if you want any performance at all, you'll need an older bottle.I've been using YSL L'Homme since 2010 and till this day, continue to buy. Still smells great and can be used for any occasion, work, date, school, etc. The only flaw about the recent batches is its performance, but I just layer it with Molecule 01 and get over 7 hours. It's like a combination between bitter orange and cognac with woody notes. Despite its strong notes, its sillage is soft (that's up to everyone's taste). The only issue that I have with this fragrance is that I have the feeling that it has a mediocre longevity and that's why I'm writing this post.
