I observed precisely the power reserve of my 1109, it looks like it was not fully loaded just from wearing it, this is why the reserve was ~ 8h. The problem with MY watch was that the "parking break" was not engaging so when the rotor was winding in one direcion, it was unwinding the mechanism in the other. The solution is to bend the break a little to make it engage the gear properly. I did it and now i have a 2 day power reserve.

The manual wind reserves power though, but that's not what I paid for. so Panerai took the watch for four weeks to evaluate it fix it and test .
